The main points in  this video are that, there are several techniques that can help us to study seriously and improve our learning efficiency.

These include using a calendar to plan tasks and visually show main tasks for the week, taking notes to help focus and remember the content, managing files and folders, participating in student activities, taking physical classes, and taking care of ourselves.

I personally find that having a work and rest mode, taking breaks, and enjoying activities like cooking and working out can help me stay productive and motivated. Additionally, I think it’s important to take advantage of this time to live healthier and happier lives, and to cherish the moments without traffic jams.

After trial and error, I have summed up some techniques that help me to study seriously and improve my learning efficiency. I hope they can also help you in front of the screen to get through this special time. Next semester I will talk about how to use the schedule, how to take online classes, what my physical classes are like, and how to stay sane during this time of being locked at home. The schedule is very important to me.

I personally use the Apple’s default calendar, you may prefer other software or a paper calendar, just choose the one you like. I prefer the electronic version because it can be synchronized on all my devices and can send me reminders in real time.

For me Saying that, the calendar helps me plan tasks and visually shows my main tasks for the week. However, there are some things I may not put on the calendar such as: meeting with friends, grocery shopping or exercising. Every minute and every second is planned like a robot.

This is my normal week. I like to use different colors to mark different types of events. It is more intuitive. Full because I wanted to participate in all activities at the time.

I had a video about “over-participation” and over-tiredness, so this semester I decided to take it slowly.

But if you are a freshman, it is still good to participate in more activities. I am the most One of my good friends was met in a student organization. Although everyone takes classes online now, it is a bit difficult to participate in campus activities, but there are still many opportunities. If you often pay attention to school news and announcements, or social networking sites and school websites, you will have a good time. Resources Where did we just talk, except for the calendar, I am currently using a software called Notion (not an advertisement) I mainly use it for homework, exams and note-taking Speaking of notes, lets talk about how to take notes During this time your professor may have been I sent you the electronic version of the notes, so do you still need to take notes?

I think it depends.

For me, taking notes can help me remember the content of the class faster, but it is not the main reason I take notes. I dont take notes. That s right. Notes can help me focus.

Otherwise, Im always easily distracted . One of my favorite features of Notion is note layering. I saw an up master named Ali introduce the method of active recall memory. More effective memorization of information I’m trying to work with me When I’m taking notes I’ll write down a key word or question and put it on the top level and put the explanation or answer on the next level When I’m reviewing my notes I first Saw the question so need to actively recall the content of the notes instead of just browsing the notes Another thing I’ve been doing The thing I am trying to improve is file management. From the day I had a computer, I wondered why the school didnt teach us how to organize files and data , especially now that online classes generate so much data every day.

There are many different ways to manage files. If you are a little confused Or you want to optimize your own system. There are many teaching videos on the Internet. I dont mean that I watch how other people organize computer files when Im idle. Access them from anywhere.

Dont worry about large files if the computer is broken. I will still use a mobile hard disk to store files and photos such as videos. I will also occasionally back up the files on the computer locally. After this, I will press it in my school folder.

Different types to organize my files Let’s look at some of them about extracurricular activities I divide it into two types of participation and non-participation, and then there are different versions of academic arrangements for each organization about academics.

This folder is called the school year. Most visited Let’s go to the current semester These are the classes I’m taking Let’s look at this class There are assignments including questions and answers Practice questions and my first practice exam and class notes Different classes may require different file systems You can try to find a method that suits you. Be sure to name the file clearly. When you are too lazy to play with the folder, you can use the search function to find the file. We have been looking at it for a long time.

The screen is a bit tired.

Lets go and see mine. What is the physical class like? This is my biomedical instrument laboratory. I can actually choose online classes, but I really want to try these devices, so I chose the physical class.

There are seven students in this classroom . Everyone must wear a mask and keep Appropriate distance There is hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes in the room I am very grateful to our professor for providing us with a safe environment The experiment was fun The weather is good today I may stay out for a while and can’t come to school One thing I miss is that Study groups I’m studying alone at home and it’s easy to get distracted but sometimes when studying with friends we kind of supervise each other because neither of us wants to be lazy in front of each other especially when studying and with friends when we’re tired Chatting can also relieve stress. We can still vividly remember the scene of talking about mountains in the library.

Although the school library is open now, we cant sit very close together, but we can still conduct remote group learning. If you want to have more fun, there is something like gather Sites like .

town are like a mock campus where your webcam only turns on when you’re in close proximity to another person and you can learn by the beach My last thing to say is how to take care of yourself during this time we Naturally exhausting. Over the past two months I have fallen behind in class due to the stress of exams. Feeling ineffective. Unmotivated and tired. I know it’s healthy to have these emotions and I accept them, but I always I’m trying different ways to improve myself.

I usually have a work and rest mode. I’ll work hard for a few days and then just collapse on the couch and watch videos and play on my phone. But now because of the flexibility of the schedule, I don’t have a specific time.

Things have to be done. I’m finding it harder and harder to get out of rest mode and into work mode again.

I know we all want to be more productive, but I think we should start by taking care of ourselves. It may take a while to figure out what works best for me, but I Feeling like we all need alone time, social time, getting enough rest, eating healthy, and exercising, trying different approaches and asking for help when needed For me, I started learning how to intersperse work and breaks with purposeful time to be with my Roommates chatting and calling my family I started enjoying cooking and working out because I could rest my brain and relax my mind Simply making my bed in the morning makes me feel like my day is done A productive thing to do Don’t forget to get up and move around for an hour a day your lumbar and cervical spine will thank you I do miss being with friends on and off campus and not being able to get a free t-shirt or free food on campus is very frustrating Disappointed but we do save a lot of time not having to go to school or work ourselves We have a lot more flexibility with our schedules Let’s try to take advantage of that by getting more sleep and building new habits Learning new technology Trying to take advantage of this time to live healthier and happier lives someday we’ll be able to go to our favorite restaurants again we’ll be able to get together with people we care about we’ll be able to see each other smile as we pass each other on the street now Let’s cherish the moment without traffic jams and be more free and have the opportunity to practice self-discipline.
